    Bought these to replace a set that the microphone on one ear got clogged. I tried to fix them - but just bought a new pair.

    The noise cancelling works almost dangerously well. They had a “tick” in the left ear bud. I returned them and the second pair work great. It’s a hassle to return Christmas gifts and Apple needs to fix the mass produced “tick” issue.

    This set has been great! The first set had a malfunction within the first week. Best Buy swapped them out right away.
