Uncomfortable fit

Shame cause the AirPods 2 I have no issues with and can wear easily for an hour or 2, but these I would fidget with constantly cause it felt like they were gonna fall out, and after 30 minutes they’d start to hurt my ear.

WHEN they work they are amazing

Purchased a pair less than a year ago, and I’ve already had the right airpod replaced, the case replaced, and now the left airpod isn’t working. After two trips to the Genius Bar, and one time mailing them in, I now find myself having to mail them in again after an hour on the phone with apple. The gentleman at the Genius Bar also had the same problems, and he recommended a different product.
