Don't bother ...

I have tried all kinds of trouble-shooting. Closing laptop (in case that Bluetooth was interfering), moving around, etc. Disappointed I can't return them even though it's been less than 30 days.

Poor fit which makes them kind of useless.

My old ones are great but these fall out all the time. I dont think my ears are abnormal and i have now read that this is a very common issue. Unfortunately i didnt open them until after the return period was over so i am stuck with them. try before you buy!

The rubber thing is not comfortable for me but it is a great noice cancelling headphone for it's size. On the original Airpods, you can disable the functions on the airpods, this one, I move it and it disconnects the call.
