Easily falls out

However, I haven’t been able to keep them in my ears. I researched hacks on how to make them stay in the ears but I haven’t had any luck. Hopefully Apple will fix this issue on the next model.

Hey are good when home or out walking the dog and quick shopping trips but need to be more. The more they are used the more you appreciate how they can improve your life. Then get really angry at how bad the poor battery life limits them. Would suggest waiting for next generation or get Beats.

Known defect, do not buy

Do not waste money - apple will not replace or repair anymore. They should be pulling these off the market

Cool tech but terrible fit for me.

Bought some memory foam tips for an extra 25 usd and it makes them a bit better but still a really bad fit for me overall. I do like the transparency mode and noise cancellation mode though.
