Magnetic Case Issue

It is a manufacturer problem and there is no way for me to tighten it. I would like an exchange but my receipt says it is too late to return for an exchange. I am not happy with this at all.

Not long lasting

The reason for the 2 star rating is they are NOT long lasting. If I spend close to $200 for something I expect it to last longer than 11 mo. Yes I got the protection plan but I shouldn’t have to use it 11 mo after purchasing. Very disappointed and have the gen 2 on the way hopeful of better results.
