Air pod pros

And another 8 months later the charging case stop working!!!! And I don’t know if the going to get a returned plus a read from a source that Best Buy don’t exchange if you even have a warranty and can’t even find the box I’m panicking !!!

Background noises

AirPods are not very good for outside calls . It will pick up all the background noises around you and lower your voice while talking to someone on the phone . So many people complained about they can’t hear my voice. Calls are one of the reason why I bought it but not very happy and I don’t know if there is a way to fix this .
