Dont fit the ear well, universally speaking. Had to exchange

Had to return them to Apple. Had them for two weeks. The case is not charging the AirPods. Best Buy would not take them back due to an iCloud connection they had? No device from phones to MacBook showed any connection whatsoever. So far not impressed

The quality is not good is loosing the power very fast

They kept on falling out of my ear, honestly speaking I should have just purchased the 3rd generations but every review I read and person I spoke to kept on saying that the features that the pros had were much better. I should have went with my guts.

Owned for a little over 3 months. Stopped working.

I’m rating this as poor because this purchase was actually for a second set of AirPods Max, as the first set failed after only 10 days of ownership, they stopped pairing and charging. Best Buy was OK about returning these defective items and did so immediately.

I bought it as a gift and when the recipient got it they were cracked. Not very pleased since the recipient lives abroad and returning them isn’t worth the cost. Very disappointed. I probably won’t be buying anything further from Best Buy.

Left AirPods have a low volume, the battery doesn't last long with charging. I have been into the store once already and it is frustrating going back again to resolve the same issue. I did not expect this at all.

Straight out the box. Had problems. Sound would go from one ear to the other. Press one side to stop playing music and it would only shut off on my side instead of both. Talking would go from one ear to the other not on both at the same time.

I bought 3 times and twice I had problems with the headphones. This version of AirPods has issues with static. The worst of all is that betsbuy does not help you with the guarantee, you have to go to the apple store yourself.

Having bought models before. This model was not the best. I would say its the worst one. The base does not sound as strong as its previous models, they fall from the ear every 5 seconds, they make ears start to hurt within 5min of use

the headsets connect and reconnect even when in the case. also policy of best buy was weird since i made the purchase on 24th dec and i could not return on 23th jan but people who made purchase in nov are able to return on 16 jan

These are amazing! Life changing almost! Get for planes or other public places when you want Your space. Currently in a shared work space and they have helped me remain focused and some sense of sanity.

Lots of glitches,doesn’t connect to my iPhone,won’t tell me the battery percentage. Wanted to return them but won’t the 15 day return policy that I wasn’t aware of I couldn’t because it was day 16

These are the worst Apple AirPods I’ve ever owned I bought the new ones thinking they would be better and these ones consistently fall out of your ears they’re dropping all the time horrible horrible design

These are horrible fitting. I loved the originals but these, even with the smallest fittings, pop out of my ears at the worst possible times.

Said it came with 6 months of Apple Music. Straight a lie it came with 3 and if I were to contact support it says I would have to wait 3 days or the equivalent to 84,621 minutes on their customer support page.
