The airpods are nice themselves but they need to stick with the lightning port!

If i was an apple fan boy, i would rate 5 stars. Since i am not, i have to rate 4 stars. These buds constantly fall out of my ear. Have tried all tips and all angles. No luck. Went back to the base model apple buds.

The AirPods Pro (2nd generation) have been an excellent upgrade. The sound quality is rich and well balanced, with clear vocals and deep bass. I'm absolutely livid about this whole situation! The fact that the package was poorly packaged is bad enough, but finding that there were no AirPods in the box, and instead just A SILICA GEL PACKET AND A USED TAPE?! Yes, I swear I didn’t lie about what I have received. That is a blatant fraud and a disgusting display of disrespect towards me as a customer. It's not like they simply forgot to include the item I purchased - this was a deliberate attempt to deceive me. I can't believe the audacity of this company. And then to top it all off, I've been trying for TWO WHOLE WEEKS to get this resolved through their customer service, and absolutely nothing has been done. I'm so unbelievably disappointed and frustrated with the complete lack of assistance and accountability from BestBuy. This is completely unacceptable, and I swear I will never give them another penny of my business again after this outrageous experience. They've really shown their true colors, and I want nothing more to do with them moving forward.
