The AirPods Pro 2s are an easy 5 stars for me. I used them for over a year before moving to the Pro 3s, and honestly, they set such a high bar that it is hard for anything else to beat them. Day to day, they just worked every time I put them in my ears: quick connection, stable audio, and no random disconnects or weird glitches. The controls on the stem were genuinely game changing. Being able to play, pause, skip tracks, and adjust the volume right from the stick of the bud meant I rarely had to reach for my phone. It made walking, commuting, or working at my desk feel much more seamless, because everything I needed was literally at my fingertips. On top of that, the head gesture controls to accept or reject calls felt almost futuristic. A quick motion to handle a call without fumbling for a button or screen was incredibly convenient and quickly became something I relied on. Sound quality was excellent across the board, with clear vocals, detailed highs, and satisfying bass that never felt muddy. The noise cancellation was strong enough that I could tune out background noise and really focus, whether it was music, podcasts, or calls. Transparency mode was also very natural, so I could stay aware of my surroundings without feeling like the sound was artificial or harsh. Comfort and reliability rounded out the experience. I could wear them for long stretches without discomfort, and they stayed secure enough for everyday use. The case was compact and easy to pocket, with enough battery life between the buds and the case to get me through long days without worrying. Overall, the AirPods Pro 2s are simply amazing in almost every way and remain one of the best audio products I have ever owned.

The AirPods Pro 2 that is received from the Marketplace vendor was not a genuine Apple product because I found that to be either a used product or a refurbished one or a fake product. The Marketplace vendor was quite response when I messaged them about the product, but they did not confirm the genuineness of the AirPods. Also, I couldn’t update the firmware for n the AirPods, which raised my concern and hence I returned the product.

After just three months of use the $200.00 ear buds failed. The bigger failure is that Best Buy local management would not replace them. Instead, he asked me to drive 50 miles out of my way to find an Apple Store, or, use his “Geek Squad” service which takes five weeks to return them to me. After spending about $5,000 on purchases in this Palmdale store in the last few years, I’M DONE! I’d strongly suggest anyone looking to buy anything from Best Buy, look to Amazon. They are far easier to deal with, and have always stood up for getting a customer a replacement without any qualms or arguments. What a joke.

The airpods pro is definitely a no brainer solid earbuds. Just wish the fit was better even though its subject.

Started hearing a loud screeching sound a week after purchase. It stop and never heard again. Hopefully no problems.

This is the representative who handled it over phone and shipped a replacement he stated for us to send in the Walmart  one we received which shows ot was received by you guys already showing proof of the item we got which was NOT best buy airpods and we clearly know Best Buy does not have Walmart  merchandise. I've talked to 3 representatives over phone since after him because kept saying it was preparing for pickup at a Highland store because I feared this would happen again so requested for it to be picked up by ME. Now I have paid for some airpords  we never got instead were stolen or switched during shipping them. These are a Christmas  gift for our daughter. I understand  and realize the reason for an investigation  but we have done everything  we were asked to do in order to receive our airpods for our daughter before c and we still have NO airpods but paid for these. Please please something  has to be done this is stressful  and very upset as we have purchased other items for our kids for Christmas  from best buy and we receeived those items through delivery ordered airpods and this happens.
