Bought the Apple Airpods Pro 2 in February. It was always difficult to pair, the challenge then became impossible by May. Charging began to sputter out in April with periodically not charging then evolving into periodically charing. Now the buds will not charge at all. My local best buy no longer has an apple certification and now i haveto go to a neighboring town's best buy to get the buds sent out. Bummer.

This is not fair I bought this airpods online,I ordered them on friday the 14 of march 2025 and it was supposed to be delivered by the monday the 17 of march then on th 19 it was shown that this product was in GA when I live in El paso tx and they were delivered this 22 of march and the box was open.

The darn things won't stay in my ear, no matter what your rubber piece I put on it because the back end of the pod is bigger than the front end and the back end stops it from going in your ear no matter what. I like just the old ones cuz they stay put.

Battery life has also improved. You now get up to 6 hours of listening time per charge (with ANC on) and around 30 hours total with the case. Plus, the MagSafe charging case has some great upgrades: a built-in speaker for Find My alerts, a lanyard loop, and even support for Apple Watch chargers. Of course, these shine brightest in the Apple ecosystem. Pairing is instant, switching between devices is seamless, and features like “Hey Siri,” Audio Sharing, and spatial audio just work. If I had to nitpick, it’s that they still don’t support high-res audio over Bluetooth, which might be a drawback for hardcore audiophiles. And if you're using Android, you won’t get the full feature set. Bottom line: If you're an iPhone user and want truly premium wireless earbuds, the AirPods Pro 2 are hard to beat. From sound quality to noise cancellation to comfort and smart features, they deliver on every front. They’re not cheap—but in this case, you absolutely get what you pay for.

Loved the overall design and function of these earbuds only to be disappointed after only 2 days of use that they don’t actually stay in your ears even when using the XS ear tips. Any movement, chewing, yawn, swallow, ear pop and they fall out. Whats the point if I cant walk, let alone do any activity or exercise with these. Such a disappointment!

After upgrading to the AirPods Pro 2, with Type C charging I must say that I'm really impressed with the improvements Apple has made. Here's my personal take on these earbuds; Design and Comfort; The AirPods Pro 2 maintains Apples signature minimalist design. They fit perfectly in my ears providing comfort during periods of use. The silicone tips come in sizes ensuring a fit for different ear shapes. Sound Quality; I've noticed an enhancement in quality. The bass is richer. The overall clarity is exceptional. Whether its music, podcasts or taking calls the sound remains consistently crisp and immersive. Active Noise Cancellation (ANC); The ANC feature on the AirPods Pro 2 is truly outstanding. It effectively blocks out background noise, which's a game changer for me during commutes or in environments. Additionally the transparency mode is an addition as it allows me to remain aware of my surroundings when necessary. Battery Life and Type C Charging; I'm really impressed, with the battery life; it easily lasts throughout my day on one charge. Moreover having Type C charging capability is an update as it aligns with the universal charging standard and offers charging times. Features; Pairing my devices with the Apple H1 chip is really smooth. I love how easy it is to control with a few touches and the customization options, on the iOS interface are great. The Find My feature is a lifesaver for someone like me who tends to misplace things. In terms of experience I have to say that the AirPods Pro 2 Type C is an improvement compared to its previous version. The sound quality has noticeably improved the noise cancellation works effectively. The convenience of Type C charging makes it a worthwhile investment, for anyone seeking high quality earbuds.

Recieved AirPods 3rd generation instead, I was out on a trip and returned long after the return period. Now I’m stuck with overpriced regular AirPods

the AirPods box was open. And they worked well only 20 days.

This device is not designed for individuals with hearing impairments. The hearing test results indicate an 85 DBI threshold, which is insufficient for hearing. I am deaf and plan to return my AirPods Pro 2 soon. When using the iPhone speaker, I am able to hear music more clearly than with the AirPods.

Ordered from BestBuy, received an opened box with defective airpods. No sound during calls! Feels like a returned product was resold. Contacted customer service, but they neither refunded my money nor sent a replacement. Terrible experience! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
