I just want to start out with I was an old Apple fan who turned against them. Now, I've transitioned back to apple after 10 years and I can say I'm impressed. While just switching to the Apple ecosystem. I purchased these because I'm a bit of a sound geek but didn't want to ruin my portability. I used to only wear earbuds for music only. Now these things are glued in my ears 6-10 hours a day. They are integrated into my workflow with Siri/ChatGPT, phone calls, note taking. I mean it's a part of the apple ecosystem and it does a pretty good job in my opinion. Fit: 10/10 I'm an ogre. I always have to push earbuds in with my fingers over and over. Typically earbuds fall out of my ears all the time. AirPods Pro 2, different story. I often even forget they are in my ears. Walking, running, squatting, playing with my kids. They just stay in and are quite comfortable. They come with other silicone fittings on them which are very easy to swap out. (If you have tiny ears your tragus could get in the way of plastic causing a bad fit.) Setup: 5/10 While their pair very easily and just being able to pull em out and they connect to my iPad, iPhone, Mac, etc.. I'm going to dock the points on it due to tweaking. You will need to do some tweaking which can be cumbersome if you want to get the full value out of them. And multi-device setup sometimes the spacial sound just stops working. But it's setup for your liking once it's set. Then from then on, you just forget about them. Sound Quality: 10/10 (for earbuds) Apple nailed it. I can hear highs and lows I've never heard before with most other earbuds. The nose cancellation is superb. Battery Life: 6/10 kind of So the life while having these in don't last more than 3 hours when playing music, the fast charge can fully charge within 20-ish minutes. So I'm not bummed about it. For all the features they have, It's an easy tradeoff. Quality; 9/10 Really good quality. It took me a minute to get used thinking I was going to break the stems. Functionality: 10/10 Simple to use and immediately pair with all of my idevices. All things just work, Spatial sound is awesome allowing me to stay focused when working. Touch is simple to use to assign functions and control my environment. Volume: 7/10 They are good, But I'm a metal head. I like it loud. But it does keep my ears safe and works well with apple health to let me know I'm destroying my hearing :D Not really an AirPods thing, but Apple.. please start including charging blocks with all of your products!

Love My AirPods! Great sound quality, super easy to connect, and very comfortable. Battery life is solid, and they work perfectly with my iPhone. Totally worth it!

Honestly the best earbuds iv ever owned. Back when the Bose noise cancellation came out I bought it for $300 then a couple of years later I got the AirPods Pro and not only is the noice cancellation better but the case is smaller, I don’t even notice the AirPods are in my ear sometimes. Transparency mode is something else, I can hear even more when I have them on. But if you want a more better experience then the Apple max headphones are a step above this.

As a owner of the original AirPods & the AirPods Pro, I can say that Apple has outdone themselves once again. The features are vast and the iPhone integration is beyond superior. I favor the pros as they have multiple ear pieces and allow for a superior fit for a multitude of activities with out falling out like I had issues with on the original AirPods. The sound quality is superb all the way from phone conversations to blaring your favorite tunes in the gym. I really appreciate the innovative noise feature controls that have 3 different modes including Adaptive, Transparency and Noise Cancellation modes. Battery life is phenomenal for such a small package!! Super impressed! The User interface is very well organized and easy to navigate. Conversation Awareness is a great feature and the personalized spatial audio is super innovative. Great product!!!

I've settled for "lower quality" ear buds in the past. With the OTC hearing aid capability built into these and a sale price I jumped in to this much more expensive (for me) option. I'm glad I did. I did need to change the earpiece on one ear to fit properly. Removing the medium one that came pre-mounted and swapping in the large one was easy to do once I got over the nervousness of taking the piece off. The sound quality is very clean and balanced across the audio range. They also offer spacial sound so you can feel surrounded by the audio you're hearing. They stop the streaming audio when you're having a conversation automatically after a couple seconds. They cut out background noise to a fair extent. They also can give you a basic hearing test which seems to approximate the last "official" one that I had. I've also set them up for the hearing aid feature, but I'm not sure they're doing exactly what I'd hoped. I'll need to fiddle with the settings a bit more. Charging is relatively fast with the provided cable or using inductive charger, and battery life seems to be pretty good, too. No real complaints from me.

I've been a long time Apple customer and have always enjoyed their products. I had been using my Air Pods 2 for several years until the batteries would just not hold a charge any longer. Even when fully charged they would quit working within 15 minutes so it was time for an upgrade. Best Buy came to my rescue offering the Airpods Pro on sale for almost the same cost as my initial Air Pods 2 purchase. Upgrading was a no-brainer and I was more than surprised at how much better the AirPods Pro sound. The improvements to both battery life and sound quality is amazing. Plus Apple includes four sets of foam tips right in the box to make sure the AirPods Pro have a comfortable fit and airtight seal in the ear canal. If you have an older set of headphones I would absolutely recommend upgrading to these headphones. The sound, battery life, and comfortable fit are worth it. Plus if you can find them on sale elsewhere Best Buy will price match. It's a win-win!

Excellent noise cancellation, and these AirPods connect instantly to iPhone, iPad and MacBook. Sound quality is excellent. Battery life is very good, and can go for 3 or 4 days with heavy use

These are probably the best set of earbuds I have ever used. I have been a big user of Bose earbud products for years now, but after losing my last pair, I figured I would try these since they were on sale and It was definitely worth every dollar, discounted or not. 1. The earbuds and case are able to be tracked and pinged, which makes them almost impossible to lose (big problem I had with Bose) 2. Their compatibility with the iPhone and other apple products is very fun to test out, and the feature in general are very helpful for any circumstance. 3. Sound quality is great, they are surprisingly loud, yet do not lack transparency at all; It is probably the most unique feature of the AirPods. There are more than enough reasons to purchase these if looking for a new pair of earbuds. EXTREMELY recommended

I used the Beats Fit Pro for a couple of years until I went ahead and bought myself some AirPods Pro 2. The Beats sounded fine, but the little "wing" started tearing on both buds and it bummed me out. The AirPods sound great. The bass is just right and there isn't too much treble. Note: I play my music with the rock setting on my iPhone. I talk on the phone a good amount of time on a daily basis as well and I like that the person I'm speaking with can't hear pretty much anything on my end, whether it's loud sounds or other people talking to me. The battery lasts a good while. At work I use them for about four hours straight, charge them for my one hour lunch, and use them for another four hours straight. I did switch out the white tips for some black memory foam ones. Since my job can get a bit physical, I find the factory tips move around more, while the memory foam ones stay put. I love these AirPods 2 and I would recommend them.

These AirPods are amazing! The sound quality is crystal clear, and the noise isolation works really well. They connect instantly with my phone and Apple Watch — no setup hassle at all. The battery lasts long, and the case charges fast. The Best Buy associate even showed me how to pair and use the voice controls. I’m super happy with this purchase!

Really great sound quality. I literally use my AirPods every single day and you can definitely see the quality improvement from the older generation AirPods. As soon as I put these in the noise cancellation worked a hundred times better and the sound is so much more crisp. The battery life is also muchhh longer than my old ones. Some days I use my AirPods for the entire day and my old ones needed a charge about halfway through the day but these last a good 2 days. I definitely think this newer generation is worth the upgrade. The only hassle is the usb charger now so I can’t just use my regular iPhone charger and have to have 2 separate cords but I’ve gotten used to it
