Easy to sync/ use, sounds great, decent noise reduction

Battery last so much longer and the sound/range of volume is way better than my last pair. I was really impressed with how fast they were delivered as well, I live in a rural part of California and they arrived in four days.

I bought the open box for the discount and found out after that that would mean giving up the Apple warranty entirely. I wouldn’t buy open box again for Apple products, except I found out that there is now an Apple Care One warranty program that will cover any Apple product and they give a full replacement for damage, theft or loss. I ended up accidentally putting these in my washing machine and they were replaced for the service charge. The earbuds themselves are great as well. Love the noise cancelling feature.

I love these. I can use noise cancellation when I'm mowing and then can change to hearing aids when I'm watching tv. They don't fall out like other earbuds do.

They are excellent, sound is great, they STAY in your Ear because of the rubber at the end & can be set up to cancel or not cancel back ground noise.

Great overall product. Sounds quality is very good . The ear buds are comfortable to wear and stay in the ears much better while exercising that the regular AirPods.

Pro 2 with usb-c Better sound and fit than my current Pro using lightning connector. Comfortable for long term wear and outstanding Noise Cancellation and features.

The AirPods Pro 2 are a big step up. Noise cancellation is amazing, sound is crisp and clear, and the fit is super comfortable. They work seamlessly with Apple devices, and the new USB-C case is a nice bonus. Great for music, calls, or just tuning out the world. Worth it.

Nice Apple product, works well, noise canceling is light but helpful, sound level adjustment to outside noise and sound itself quite decent. It fits and sits well in my ears.

The noise cancelling on these AirPods works really well. I used them when I was on the airplane and they worked very well cancelling the noise of the airplane. They stayed charged for a long time. I have talked over 4 yours using them with noise cancellation on. Great product.

This is my second AirPod Pro after having the 1st generation since they debuted. These are even better than the first for overall sound quality, noise cancellation, and fit. I switch out the Apple tips for a memory foam set but other than that, I highly recommend.

It’s actually very high quality sound, it feels nice in your ears, and the noise cancellation is premium. I was on an airplane and the jets were loud so I put these in and I couldn’t hear a single thing, and there was no audio playing from a device, just noise cancellation.

I’ve had the previous gen Air Pods Pro and these are definitely a step up from those, better noice cancellation/ transparency, better sounding audio, and a they last a bit longer than the other ones.

To be honest, I love shopping at Best Buy because the quality is excellent, and I really like their customer service and how they run things. The stores are always neat and clean, and it’s easy to find what you’re looking for—it’s the best option. And these headphones are a huge help in different areas of life, such as when studying, since they have noise cancellation; I really like them for traveling because they're comfortable and practical; and in general, for everyday life.

I really enjoyed the product. It felt so nice in my ears. Though after a little bit of time, they started to irritate them. Sound quality is great and has good base.

Upgraded to these from the original airpod pros. Battery life is a lot longer, charging time is shorter, better connectivity than the older model. I also had this issue before where my airpods would stay connected and die even when not in use, however that isn't a problem with these ones.

I love these headphones, especially with the transparency mode turned on. I use them all day long every day while I work, they let me hear everything that’s going on around me I can listen to my podcast and music and it makes work flyby. The battery life is pretty good too and to charge them up in the case takes no time at all

Purchased as an upgrade from AirPod Pro. Looking forward to software update to provide hearing aid feature. For now, the sound quality is better with the Pro 2. Transparency and Adaptive modes provide much better sound from the external world. I'm using in conjunction with a Cochlear and getting great results compared to my regular hearing aid. Only downside is battery life. My hearing aid goes for days on a charge. I get about 5 hours with the AirPod.

The AirPods work flawlessly as expected. I needed the model with the soft ear piece because I the others would not stay in my ears. Looking forward to hearing great sound for a long time to come.

Absolutely love my new AirPods. The sound quality and noise cancellation are great. The different size tips help ensure the perfect fit. I love that I can switch between devices seamlessly!
