Because I have beats AirPods. All sorts but when I bought them n connected them I was actually surprised how much better these were from the other gen’s. Highly satisfied with Apple for one lol

Connectivity issues

My only problem is the connectivity issues that seem to be a widespread firmware problem. After a few days of use, one of the airpods refused to connect to my phone. Countless resets and troubleshooting fixed nothing. I eventually had to take them in to the Apple Store, where I was told that I was better off just exchanging them for a new pair.

I love the noise canceling, it lowers the volume when you are talking and then turns back on the noise canceling after you are done speaking.
