Great for use as a delivery driver I can hear when people are talking to me on the phone and when some is talking to me in person. Could be louder but overall great sound quality and product over priced like everything else but you could get worse for more.

Sound quality is ok, call quality is good, the receiver hears you very clearly, I would say this is the best quality of any earbuds. However the right side started making hissing noises a few days past the 1 year warranty. This is so frustrating, pay so much money and then it breaks just days past warranty, all due to poor design or cheat parts something like that. Almost as if programmed or designed to fail so that I would go buy new one or that will have to buy their extended warranty. I don’t know and I don’t care will never buy Apple AirPods again. I would recommend pass and get something else.

ANC isn’t too bad, compared to Bose Ultra the Bose line is better (tested both through flights). The headphones kind of wiggle out of my ears so I have to adjust it even though my phone acknowledges it’s a secure fit. Sound wise it’s pretty neutral and bass is so so
