These were an "open box" buy, which apparently means "used"- they were dirty, with ear wax on them... they were still partially attached to the previous owner's AppleID. So not only were they used and not open box, but they weren't cleaned, disinfected, refurbished- they were simply used. For $25 less I could have gotten them on Amazon, eBay, and even cheaper on woot. Other than that, I guess they work as they should with some slight popping on the left side- which will most likely warrant a trip to the Apple Store where they will replace them with NEW ones. Thanks Best Buy.

The sound quality is ok but there are other brands that sound better at this same price. Don't get me wrong for such a little earbud these do kick but there are better same priced options out there. The main thing is seamless setup and operation with other apple devices which I think beats seamlessly connects to and also the find my ability if you happen to loose one or both buds. But again there are better same priced options out there. The price is to much for what these really are.

I went through three exchanges before I got a pair that wouldn't pop and crackle with the noise canceling feature activated. It is especially severe in loud environments or when mowing the yard. Several firmware updates have helped, but the issue persists. Many on reddit and other forums have reported the same issue. If you want airPod Pro's, get the 1st gen, or wait until 2025 and hope the 3rd gen works.
