Really happy with functionality

I will say that I am wondering if I should have gotten the kind without the rubber ear piece because it makes my ears itch, but it might just be a little tactile issue for me and not for most.

Great sound and low profile buds

They are low profile so theyre not bulky and can be worn easily. The only problem i've encountered is they may fall a bit easy. I found that if they fall easy, change the rubber piece to a smaller one. it doesnt make sense, but going to a smaller has actually made it easier to keep the buds in my ear especially when you are eating or talking.

She is experiencing difficulty with hearing loss. We unfortunately cannot get het to use the device consistently. She raves about how good it works but is overwhelmed by it as well.

I was concerned when we went to pair them, they showed up as "Angie's airpods". We were able to connect and change the name, but still...how did that get there ? I bought in the store, box was sealed.
