The integration with my other Apple devices is seamless. Very easy to use when compared to some of the awful apps that other manufacturers insist you use. The terrible: battery life is horrid. Early into the mere 13 months I’ve had these, the right pod needed replacing because it would not hold a charge. I use mine almost exclusively at the gym for a 75 minute workout, 2-3 times a week, but charging regularly. The Apple Store replaced it for free, but very grudgingly. In the last two weeks, either right or left pods after a single use drain down to zero, while the other side and charge case are at 100%. This is after a single 75 to 90 minute use. I’m done. My other Apple devices like iPad, iPhone and Mac mini are great, but peripherals like AirPods and wireless mouse are awful.

I had an older set of ear buds to use as credit toward my new purchase. The employee who helped with this process was amazing. All my shopping at our Bangor Maine store has been excellent.
