I was very disappointed in how my purchase was treated during the packing and shipping process. It was placed inside a box about the size of a shoe box and had no packing material in it whatsoever. So the airpods box just rolled around and ping ponged all over the inside of the box. Theres no excuse for that. I wouldve appreicated more care and professionalism from Best Buy on this. Hopefully there’s nothing wrong with them functionally but like i said its a christmas gift so we will have to wait and see.

People can't hear on calls and that is extremely disturbing given the pricer and my apple AirPods 1 pro didn't have that problem until 4 years later. This happened in 2 separate pairs so quality control must be bad and I'm using an iPhone 15 pro with them. Also the noise cancellation is not better than the AirPods Pro 1.
