Headphones are great. I have my own pair. However order another pair for a Christmas gift still haven’t gotten them in the mail.

Excellent! If you're looking for the best of Apple's more affordable offerings, look at the Apple AirPods (2nd generation) Truly Wireless. While they aren't cheap, products in the AirPods line-up are more budget-friendly than AirPods Pro models.

All hype they had great features and sound but whats the point if it onlly last a year. I took great physical car no kinda physical damage ever. They never touched the ground and still only last a year. Ill never waste my money on these.

Opening up the AirPods everything looked normal. Quality packaging, quality looking case, and quality looking AirPods. Even when connecting to my phone, it played the animation like they were legit AirPods. But when putting them in my ears I knew something the off. The audio sounded terrible; twice as bad as the AirPods Pro’s Gen 1. At first I didn’t think they were fake because they looked so real, but when bringing them to an Apple Store they informed me they were, indeed, fake. The Apple employee was perplexed. The only way he could tell they were fake besides tracking where the AirPods have been was the button on the back was slightly off centered. So I took them to Best Buy thinking I could at least get a refund, but NOPE. Since I bought these “official” AirPods from a “3rd party vendor”, there was absolutely nothing they could do. The only way to tell it was a 3rd party vendor was to scroll to the bottom of the purchase screen and see who it was shipped by (which I did not catch before purchasing). So, even though Best Buy was advertising these AirPods as real (over 30k reviews), they made it very difficult to see who exactly was selling the item. I have sent the fake AirPods back to NextGen Tech (the 3rd party vendor) and am now praying I actually get my money refunded. Kind of sad that Best Buy is allowed to sell fake Apple products on their website and then can’t help the customer at all with the return process.

New type C charger in these, already had the lightning port ones but just decided to upgrade the charge port. So far so good!

An upgrade from the first gen pros, ear pieces fit a lil different so I had to size up, but otherwise great product
