Could not be disappointed with this headphone would recommend getting them again

Solid overall it just gets annoying that the case has a noise when its low battery everytime you take them in and out.

Good airpods, got them on a discount, don’t play anything loudly though because my ear swelled up

Got for my sonfor his birthday. I loves them as his other pair stopped working.

Its a hit or miss. either you like it or not. probably best wait till gen 3 comes out then buy it

The star rating I'm giving the Airpods is admittedly misleading as the devices themselves worked great for about 18 days then started to intermittently disconnect from my phone. "No problem" I thought to myself, "I specifically bought them at my friendly neighborhood Best Buy, an authorized Apple dealer so that on the off chance I ran into any issues with them I'd have a local resource to whom I could turn". I carefully repackaged them in the original box with all of the original packaging, grabbed my original receipt and drove to my friendly local Best Buy store to exchange my obviously defective Airpods for a new set. That's when I found out that Best Buy - again, an Authorized Apple dealer - has a 15 day return / exchange policy after which time I - a very long time Best Buy customer, can, as my sainted father might have phrased it, "pound sand". The individual behind the counter did try to explain to me that if I wanted to join some sort of membership program for only $49.95 I could extend the return window. I instead tossed the Airpods in the trash container behind the counter and left. Looking at the top of this page I see the heading: "Review your product. Tell others what you think - and you could win a $400 gift card!1See Disclaimer 1 One winner every month. The more reviews you write, the better your odds." I kind of think I'm not winning that gift card, huh. And what I think? Well I feel like that's not suitable for a family web site such as this one. I will suggest that if you do purchase anything from Best Buy, that you use it hard for the first ten days just to make sure it's going to last because you are 100% on a short clock with these guys. For myself, all I can say is AMF Best Buy.

Product is good. Sound quality is good. Only battery life is a problem.

I bought these for my husband for the new function to help with hearing. No matter what we did we could not get them to work. I tried them on also and they fell out of my ears easily. This never happens to me.

I tried all the different silicon earbuds that came in the box but the AirPods Pro 2 continuously slipped away from my ears. I found myself constantly having to catch and adjust them. For me, the AirPods Pro 2 became a nuisance so I returned them.

The connection is a bit wonky. It jumps on and off my iPhone 13 when I am watching tv.

It doesn’t fit well in my ears! I guess I will have to buy something to help it stay in place

Had to go In store because curb side pickup took too long but it was all fast once I explained.

I enjoy my air pods immensely.I use them often when I don't want to be bothered by the out side world.

Great sound and quality. Too expensive though. No Apple fan here.
