I dislike the battery life. It seems to last for about 5 hours. My last pair lasted much longer

Good when they work. This is my 3rd pair of airpods that eventually go bad. Got applecare this time.

I’m trying to remain calm at the present. I purchased these for my son for his birthday which happens to be on Christmas Day. He missed placed one of his EarPods so I purchased these to replace them. Fortunately he found the one he lost so didn’t need the new ones. He returned them to Best Buy in Lakeland but they didn’t give him any money back. The return slip says that I will receive an email soon. He returned them on January 8th and I have not received any notice about this matter and can’t find any way to contact any one to get help with this matter. Not Happy! Alice Gatecliff

They seem to be working well so far. I do notice that these get warm in use. I don’t think that’s normal. I replaced my first gen AirPod pros due to static sound when using noise cancellation or transparency modes after 4 years.

Ordered open box. Was supposed to be in excellent condition amd come with all parts and pieces. Only came with airpods and charging case. Had no earbud attachments.

Loves the convenience that comes with it! Ears might pain a bit after using it for some time.

great for work, sometimes noise canceling will drop in and out. other than that good product.

Got them for wife, she liked them but they were in the spot labed 3rd generation AirPod Pros, so when she opened them up and they took a lightening cord instead of a type-c she was a little disappointed, could be avoided with a little more care put into stocking and labeling. Headphone them selves are ok quality

Unfortunately, these never stay inside ear, regardless of ear-pillow size used or following instructions of tilting them like apple website shows ... The rubber material is more like a silky silicone, so the slightest ear oil produced will send these flying out of your ears. Sound is relative to the buds staying in-ear. This is where Beats have these buds beat. Beats stay on regardless.

I’m not sure what’s going on with Apple products anymore.. I went through three of these within 60 days.. thank god I’ve got them from Best Buy and that I’m a total tech member, as I’ve been able to get a set right in the spot unlike if you get them directly from Apple they will send them for repair leaving you with out your head phones for weeks.

Mine would not charge two months in. Nightmare to send of to get fixed.sometimes would not connect
