Great pods. My only issue is that even the smallest tips are a bit too big.

Great product , just falls out of ears when jogging

Never got the hearing aid part to work. I would not get the hearing aid. Don’t spend the extra moneys,the rest of it worked fine.

It’s good but the charging case not holding charge well

If you have an iPhone there are a lot of perks with the phone. That is why we have them, however Battery life is 1/3 of what our Anker headphones were. They don’t do well in the shower like our anker ones either. Anker ones are $50…for an apple product these fixes should have been done long ago,

Purchased as a Christmas gift to a family member. They love it so far.

Good to use and easy charge and excellent working.

I purchased the open box Excellent Condition option on the understanding that the product would be like new and with original packaging or a suitable replacement. Best Buy’s definition of “like new” and “original or suitable packaging” greatly differs from mine apparently. First, the airpods, charging cord, and ear tips were in a ziploc bag in a generic brown box with out any original packaging or instructions. Second, the airpod case was scratched all over front and back with numerous chips in the case. Clearly these weren’t open box items but used and used for a long time. I’m baffled, disgusted, and surprised that BB would even attempt to pass these off as excellent condition when they are fair condition at best! Buyer beware when opting for open box to try to save a few dollars because you probably aren’t getting what you paid for. Just an example of BB caring more about money than customers. I’m so disappointed!!!

Ear piece falls out of ear when using. That is using the exact fit app

Volume goes up and down unexpectedly. Allow help say not them is Apple phone using on which is brand new so wrong diagnosis.

Did not come with decent instructions. Hard to adjust volume. Can be frustrating

Works great! However even the smallest ear size isn’t small enough for me.

Please note that my review is ONLY for Best Buy's open box version of these. I made the mistake of ordering these as open box excellent. I read the description stating that they would "look and function like new and contain all accessories or suitable replacement". What arrived was in neither of these conditions. Ear size adapters were missing, and the case and ear buds were rather scuffed up. What's worse is Best Buy's handling of the situation, basically baiting me with the discount on these then telling me after "don't buy open box, they're a mistake, here, spend extra on new ones instead". Absolutely STAY AWAY from anything open box from Best Buy. It's a mistake. Otherwise these earbuds would get a much higher review, but I can't in good conscience after the bait and switching by Best Buy. I recommend AirPods Pro 2's, just buy them new or buy them somewhere else, but DON'T buy them open box from Best Buy.

They’re ok. For the price they should stay in your ear! Sound quality is fine, but no matter how I place them in my ear they come out. I have changed the ends and even ordered a third party accessory to help with the lack of fit.

The sound quality was much better the 1st gen than 2nd.
