great airpods, no charger adaptor!

Packaging came dirty...it was a present

Not sure why this is the case as I know most Apple store products come perfectly wrapped without any damages. Was a little disappointed with packaging.

Good but not comfy

I’m super sad about it as they were the most expensive ones. I have to use them or I’ve wasted that money!

Horrible customer service and online order

Item shipped with only one ear bud then replacement order canceled 24 hours after it being placed to replace by customer service. Then called toll free customer service told did not need claim # and this was corporate customer service and even though price was higher for product they would honor price and ship me item immediately and should have item in a few days. Week later received email that they resolved my claim and it was being closed. Then got an email saying that item was canceled as well. So I went to store to return case for iPod and was told due to it being over 2 weeks they could not take the case back. The manager there resolved the return and was really helpful, but will likely never place an order online ever again
