AirPods only seem to last around a year. Do not last as long as they used to. Very disappointing

This is a heads up for anyone purchasing online for delivery via roadie. Your item will get stolen. Store pick up only. My experience was I purchased this product on the app on sale and it was scheduled to be delivered to my house via roadie delivery the next day. Randomly the delivery was cancelled (no reason provided) then I got an update that it was gonna get shipped to me and I had to wait 2 whole weeks and stull nothing. I contacted support snd they said that I had to re-purchase the item (now full price since the sale was over now) since roadie cancelled my delivery. Why am I being penalized because roadie cancelled my delivery. I fought tooth and nail until they agreed to refund me my money and have me re order at the sale price. I truly believe the roadie delivery person stole my item and “cancelled my delivery”

Does not stay in ears well no matter the insert used.

These hurt my ears so bad, that I had to return them. Yet they still get two stars because of how good the quality was. Maybe the next gen will work with all ears

Compared to the first gen airpods these do not fit well at all no matter which size I use. Also uncomfortable

Product is well made however in my particular case I could not get comfortable with the fit and returned the product. Given that this was my first pair of ear buds it is my fault rather than something being wrong with the product.

They are fine just that to be able to cancel the noise you have to have the 2 headphones on and it doesn't allow you to be alert around you with the 2 headphones on it would be great if you could cancel the noise with one

Apple does an amazing job making pairing and the music experience great. However, After trying every eartip, the ear buds just did not stay in place for me.

I gave these AirPod pros a try. They are uncomfortable and the noise canceling really isn’t stellar. I decided I hate AirPods.

Good headphones wish that they stayed in ear better.

After 1 month they failed in terms of sound well..

Can’t give a review just yet. Purchased for my daughter for Christmas however, she’ll be here after Christmas. I’ll get a review from her at that time. The stars I gave are temporary. Will return to give a real review

They are fine but I was expecting the sound quality to be better compared to the much lower cost brand I had before.

These earbuds do not hold a charge well at all. I have to charge them after each use.

The item is great!! The service was very unsatisfactory. I purchased it online and said i would get them on my sons bday. In which i ended up getting them a week later.

Those really don’t like to stay in. None of the tips really fit in well.

These are better than the original ones but I still don't find they securely fit when you are active (running or walking). I still prefer corder bluetooth ones when exercising.

They fall out your ear. I would prefer to have ear hook.

good sound but get dirty too much and is frustrating the magnetic fields for metal little pieces

Work okay. Got these as open-box but I cannot connect my phone or Find My to them properly because previous owner never removed them from their account.
