I purchased two pair of the apple AirPods Pro 2 for Christmas and when they came in I noticed something felt off about the box. To my surprise they both had the same serial numbers on the box. Then I used apple to check the serial number and they were unable to authenticate them. So do yourself a favor and go into the store to buy these if they are even available. Just ended up buying my kids the new AirPods Pro 3.

Good but they will 100% break or start acting up about a year if not a year and a half after you first start using them. Scummy on apples end but I still love the headphones

Those were working good for a month and then one of the airpods mic doesn't work properly.., couldn’t hear calls on one airpod.

Hearing aid / hearing test is hard to setup. unsure if I will ever be able to set up the hearing aid feature.

The product seems fine but I'm pretty sure I was sold something as new that had been returned even if unused. When I set paired the AirPods, my phone said I had 51 days to buy Apple Care and 356 days of warranty left on something I just purchased that day. Maybe I won't need those last 9 days of warranty or maybe the AirPods die on day 360 and I'm out of luck because Best Buy resold a returned item even if sealed. I assume the time for the warranty and Apple Care start to run when Best Buy scans the item and sells it to the first consumer so if you buy it later you lose out. Probably my last Best Buy purchase.

Sadly not a great fit to in my ears or my wife’s. I wasn’t able to eat with them in or walk to much rendering them not really useful. I preferred and went back to the non pro version for that and because the audio pushed back in from outside noise was really difficult to get used to and the noise canceling was not really as useful as I hoped.

I was promised delivery in a couple of days. This was delayed for a couple of day. When I finally received the package, it had a full bottle of water in it. After talking to customer service, I was told that it would be at least a week before I could get a replacement. I asked for some type of compensation for my trouble. They said there would be no compensation or breaks. I told them to cancel my order and refund my card. They said it would be 7-10 days for the refund. It took at least 10 days before I received a refund. I am completely dissatisfied with the service I received. I should add that this is not the first time I have had trouble with an online order with Best Buy and I told them this, but, it will be the last time.

Liked the old ones better, new model just don’t fit or feel as good. Thought the clarity was better on old model also.

Best buy customer service has become horrible. I was on a live chat with a customer service representative regarding a price match. The representative sent me the link to match the price but gave me the wrong price quote. As the live agent was updating the price I was transferred to another agent for no reason. During that time no one ever came back. I waited an hour to no avail. I got back on the live chat the next day and the representative informed me I could not get the same deal due to a promotion. I spend thousands of dollars a year through my business to help kids and I am currently a plus member and this is the thanks I get. They made the mistake and I had to pay for it. Its sad to loose a customer over $500 dollars. Especially when I was about to spend $10,000. Best buy is just not what it used to be.

My last pair were great for about two years then stopped working. So I replaced those with a new pair. Hopefully it’s just the pair I received and can be replaced through Apple, BestBuy wouldn’t help. The left AirPod hasn’t worked since relieving these. They rarely stays connected or charged. The charge for these runs out within an hour. The left AirPod is no where to be found or dies within a second of wearing them. Along with the battery life these AirPod regularly disconnect from my phone causing me to reset and setup with each use.

Airpods look brand new but when I connect them they started disconnecting suddenly ever when it still has charge. Even the sound quality becomes low making some buzzing noice in-between.

They are airpods and I think there are new versions out by now that you may as well spring for

I thought I would like these better than my original ear pods but I don’t! The Pro pods are bulky and to big for my ears I will keep trying to use them but may need to return.

They ship me the wrong item but it works amazing Ty.

The sound is very good, the problem is that my ear hurts when I use them for a long period of time.

Sometimes the left ear pod is hard to put in your ear. They fall out easily from you ear even when you put the correct cushion at the end of it.

First of all, the purchase is thru the 3rd party. However, I trysted BestBuy would best all the vendor. I was disappointed that was not the case. I have to wait for a month to receive. Then, come to find out that the AirPod Pro was counterfeit product. The seller often first $10, then $30, them $50 for me to keep the product. It was not even working. Wasting my time.

Ordered a 3weeks ago and it still hasn’t come. There was nothing on the purchasing site that said it was gonna take this long. I really do not enjoy when companies do this because I didn’t know it was coming from a third-party seller/marketplace- I purchased on their site because I thought it would come within two days.
