Terrible experience! I ordered the Apple headphones on Black Friday, but they arrived in awful condition. The packaging was damaged, water had gotten inside, and the box was swollen. The tape was broken. I contacted customer support via chat, and they processed a return, but no replacement was ever sent. Additionally, the headphones I traded in seem to have disappeared, and I haven’t received any refund for them. I had to purchase a replacement as a Christmas gift for my husband from another store. Because the Black Friday sale had ended, I had to pay more. I will never shop at this store again!

Quality is great but they kept falling out my ear, I had to return them

Nose canceling feature doesn’t work. The ear plug is over priced and not worth the price.

The original ones are much better price to performance. The ear tips don't properly fit my ear canal

Music sounds a little dull in these AirPods. The sound that I get out of my Beats Pro Active sounds better to my ears.

Has issues, one of the ear bud stops charging and only starts charging again when pressed. Airpods have momentary signal drop of issue which have become more frequent over time.

Losing sound. Additionally, abrupt sound changes, uneven.

The product itself works amazing. It just wasn’t a good fit for my ear. I tried all the different size earbuds but they all hurt. So I switched to the AirPod 4s

I ordered these for curbside pick up. Once I arrived, I checked in and waited. I was sitting in my vehicle for about 20 minutes. They seemed a little busy but nothing crazy so I waited for 15 more minutes. At this point, I had been sitting in my car for 35 minutes with no one coming out. Other vehicles that were waiting either left or stayed waiting. I ended up walking inside to retrieve them.

Was pretty good but lost left one in a rollover car accident and can’t even get it replaced after buying the warranty

I’m a big fan of Bose products but a friend told me about the new airpods pro 2 and to be honest I prefer bose.

I really like the service you get at Best Buy. They are very good people, they give you the best service and are highly recommended.

The sound of these headphones is good, but not great. Also, the headphones don't stay in your ear at all. I've tried every plastic insert provided and they still won't stay in. I've used several different types of earbud headphones over the years and these have the least secure fit of all. This issue along with the average sound result in my one star review. I wish I would have purchased some other brand of headphones, or at least returned these when I still had time.

Apples quality is unmatched. The ear plugs don’t fit my ear good so I have to order memory foam plugs offline

Hi. So I love the pros this is actually my 3rd pair, they came faulty, the left side takes about a minute or two to connect after I put it in my ear and you can’t see the percentage when it’s charging. I’m going to exchange them for another pair
