My AirPods stopped working out of no where. I didn’t drop them in water nor have I dropped them on the floor. It’s very odd

Am an Apple person through and through but the charging cases on the airpod pro is junk, this is my second set of airpod pro second generation and both cases charging problems, picky and delicate cases, the AirPods are awesome when they work but if you do anything outside be prepared for problems

I’m not sure about them I had the first gen and loved them these do weird things.. just me

Won’t stay in ears. Not comfortable. However everything else is great. But when they’re uncomfortable it kinda doesn’t matter.

I wasn’t happy with these ear buds. It was confusing which area or button to press without the experience of having an Apple product. I just switched from an Android to an IPhone. I returned these

No matter what size ear bud I use these pop out of my ear if I talk or smile or move, so I'm constantly pushing them in while I'm trying to talk on the phone. Can't wear for a long time bc they hurt my ears. Sound quality is great, and bluetooth pairing is easy, noise cancelling is good.

Like if you buy it in apple but I had trouble with shipment, FedEx is not that good, my package get lost.

Barely a year in, and the right ear pod already stopped working.

Today I ordered the airpods pro to be picked up and when I got to the store and did the transactio noticed that the box was damaged and look bad. I should have taken pictures before retuning them so however is reading can understand my frustration. Its was supossed to be a gift for my son. When I ask the girl at the pick up station why the box was damaged because maybe I ordered an opened box by mistake , she said that those were the last at the store. Wasted my time today , make sure to speak up if comfortable with a product.

Overall rate was 5/5 stars! I ordered my AirPods pickup for the first time. To my surprise, I was able to add a second person to pick up for me, in case of any inconvenience. I picked a second person for pick up and they had no issues. The product itself works well. I had the previous AirPods and it would always fall off. These work much better and connect faster. I only charge them once and they last me. They are more adaptable and advanced with the sound. I’ve used the find my AirPods twice and the alert worked much better than the previous generations.

Not working properly after few months. Looking for service now

Not sure why but my left airpods would get distorted sometimes but the right one would still work normally.

I'm absolutely loving my new AirPods! The sound quality is incredible, with crisp highs and deep bass. The fit is snug and comfortable, even during long listening sessions. I've also been impressed with the battery life - I can easily get a full day's use without needing to recharge. The seamless connectivity with my iPhone has been a game-changer. Overall, I'm so glad I upgraded to these amazing earbuds

ASSURED & PROMISED BY BEST BUY I COULD COMPLETE A TRADE IN AFTER THE HOLIDAYS (old AirPods trade in once I give new ones as a gift for my daughter). Tads in cancelled, no recourse except trading in on a new order for more stuff. Poor communication, no follow through on promises, ZERO customer service, that’s long gone. Very disappointing. Best buy saving money by cutting our great customer service in the USA, and also cancelled a great rewards program we used to have. Really gone downhill. Product is ok, Best Buy sucks

Works good. But taking calls are not so smooth, voice reaches too low on the other side.

Unfortunately I think like like the regular AirPods because the pro has the silicone ear tips which is uncomfortable for me and weirdly the noise cancellation makes my ears feel like I’m going up a mountain and my ears need to be popped. When I had noise cancellation with headphones that were not earbuds it was amazing. Personally not my favorite headphones.

Didn’t work and sit in my ears the way they should set kept falling off when I shook my head

They are nice but the outside casting on the ear pods could be made of a stronger material.

The noise canceling leaves a lot to be desired. The next generation will maybe fix this, if the news is right.

I ordered these in late august and never recieved them in the package I asked for them to let me pick them up in store and they never let me follow through with picking them up. Have never had a bad experience with Best Buy other than this very poor customer service
