Sound quality is just okay I’ve had better they really sell for just the name

Sometimes, there is static and problems hearing. Could be better

I bought these because I was having issues with my bose. These can’t compare, the bose are better in almost everything except the integration with the other apple products,

I loved them until my right AirPod stopped accepting a charge from my case even when plugged in after owning for only 1 year and 2 months.

Ordered an open box in excellent condition and the delivery driver indicated it was delivered but it wasn’t delivered to my address. Tried to get them to respond (as indicated in the delivery app) but no response at all from them. wasn’t delivered the product. Was also rejected for a refund and not informed and had to call back and try again. Also tried to get a replacement and they cancelled that order.

Best Buy sucks. They charged me for Excellent condition open box and sent me good condition product. If i wanted good condition I would have paid less but now i feel like i have been deceived and charged for excellent condition and received good condition when their is obvious difference in quality and price. I called customer service and they refused to credit me back the difference. Their only option is return it and order again. Well i purchased this for a gift and now I don’t have time or the same deal available. Poor customer service

terrible. cant connect easily to my laptop - it was a total pain every time , cool feature to test your hearing but i will wait out the next model

They work great but they fall out of my ear when listening. Might return them

Worked for 16 months and I’m really was satisfied then the right pod stopped working…

Volume turns down when I speak or even coughs or when i sing out loud

The sound was great but they were very uncomfortable and tended to fall out. Purchased over the ear attachment but they hurt even more

Returned because they fall out all the time. Sound was goood poor fit.

Started hearing static on occaison. I think these are way too expensive anyway but the static makes them useless when it's happenning.

The store and staff were very friendly however the product is meh

No difference from 1st generation. They won't hold enough to ears

ANC doesn’t come close to BOSE. Sound is comparable to Sony

They were too big for my ears. They kept falling out.

Like my Beats Pro wayyyyyy better than these. Too bulky

I purchased the apple 2 airpods from best buy and received a tampered product that had an older model and with the name jermiah engraved in it. I notified best buy but they refused to give me a refund or switch it out. In addition they have the worst customer service ever.my problem is not with thebproduct but with Bestbuy I will never purchase anything from them again.
