Sound quality is poor for the money. Not recommended for running as you constantly have to keep them from falling out.

Complicated to setup. Very poorly written setup instructions.

I bought this as a gift. Bought it took it home and put it away... for today. And one my nephiew did open it it seems like the seals were broken and missing airpods plus no charging cable just the box with the empty charing device... I did not check what I took from the store. I assumed it was all intact well well.

Had a pair of Sony earbuds that sounded great at a fraction of the cost. Lost them and decided to “upgrade”…. airpods are not worth it. The sound quality is dismal at best. They fall out no matter what size you change it to. So… you still bought them, eh?

They never came. I ordered these a while ago and they said they were delivered but they never were and I was having major problems trying to talk to customer service. I now am down almost 200 dollars bc these never came in. They said they did but all I got was an empty box with the open AirPod box inside.

Good airpods to use if have a iPhone its needs to be

The quality is ok, when listening to music you vacan even sign along because the auto adjust kicks in and the volume goes down so you can even hear the song, the noise canceling feature could use an improvement, battery life sucks, 4 hrs tops

The case is loose compared to my previous one. It feels bad.

Will be bringing back for an exchange there is something wrong with volume.

Purchased airpod to assist with hearing loss. Have taked hearing test 10 times with no results. Would not purchase again.

The Apple EarPods I ordered brand New for pickup at the Best Buy location 555 E Sandford BLVD Mount Vernon NY 10550 was fake. When I picked up the EarPods and got home to open them. I realized that they were fake. I went back to Best Buy to get my refund and let the manger know about the EarPods the manger told me he’s going to decline my refund because the EarPods were fake. A day later a happened to checkout the review at the location and the same thing happened to a customer 3 weeks before. This means someone in the store is scamming customers.

I went to Apple because I lost the case, but still have the earbuds, and it turns out the serial number Best Bug gave me is a bogus one, not a real one! Therefore, I can’t replace the charging case!!!

Needs to come with a guard for case and headphones if I’m paying more then 200 for these. Quality is great but keeps slipping out my my ears no matter what size. And gets scratched super easily which goes back to it should come with cover or a case for this price.

The item was overpriced. Despite Airpods 3 ready launched.. the item is priced at 210$ + taxes… whaaaat? I purchased it on a trip to US. Only to return back and finding that it was available in my home country for less than 170 USD all in!

Neither I nor the Best Buy Geek Squad have been able to remove the "interchangable" soft ear pieces to try a different size.

It wouldn’t stay in the ear, it falls off easily.

This ones are not as better than number 4 generation AirPods i like the 4 better

Noise cancellation sucks despite what they say and other reviews I can hear everything. If you’re out and about it’s not gonna tune anything out, if your inside and you need mild noise cancellation it’s fine but for the price you can get that noise cancellation from a cheaper set. And plus they keep slipping out and uncomfortable.i have small ears and i let a family me ever use them and their ear size is about average and it still is uncomfortable and slips. you really have to STUFF it in. Not worth the money. So disappointing can’t return it. :(

The tracking or alert sound didn’t work n wouldn’t connect to the find mine on my iPhone so when one dropped it was gone. Then you can’t replace them. I’ll never buy them again to expensive to malfunction not be replaceable n not covered in the AppleCare
