This ones are not as better than number 4 generation AirPods i like the 4 better

I was mailed an open box when I paid for brand new headphones

Noise cancellation sucks despite what they say and other reviews I can hear everything. If you’re out and about it’s not gonna tune anything out, if your inside and you need mild noise cancellation it’s fine but for the price you can get that noise cancellation from a cheaper set. And plus they keep slipping out and uncomfortable.i have small ears and i let a family me ever use them and their ear size is about average and it still is uncomfortable and slips. you really have to STUFF it in. Not worth the money. So disappointing can’t return it. :(

The tracking or alert sound didn’t work n wouldn’t connect to the find mine on my iPhone so when one dropped it was gone. Then you can’t replace them. I’ll never buy them again to expensive to malfunction not be replaceable n not covered in the AppleCare

Not functional these continuously fall out of my ear which did not happen with my old 1s that were not pro’s. It feels like Apple makes these products as a money grab by acting like they are better than base models but this ain’t it!!!!

Your return policy is horrible. Best Buy should really update your return policy to at least 30 days. 15 days is not an appropriate amount of time to return a product.

I’m not sure what is up with these headphones but they are horrible keep losing connection with my phone it’s really annoying I have never had this problem before

Trying to get a hold of customer support for an exchange. Not a refund. Bought this as a gift to my partner and he said its making the lost head phone noise. I would love to exchange them for the same product. But cant seem to get a hold of any representative.

I love the AirPos Pro, but they just don’t fit in my ears.

When trying to use as hearing aids they often shut off and come back on whenever they feel like. Irritating.

They have a loud screeching noise in one AirPod both AirPods don’t charge at the same time and they don’t last as long as it says

Despite the fact that I bought the gen 2 specifically for the fact of the changeable ear fits, they still do not fit like my Bose EarPods. One ear piece falls out often. I am very disappointed since I have been an Apple fan for many years.

Incorrect item and iten is malfunctioning i though i was buys airpods pro 2, what i received is something else, the case make a chime repeatedly and buds sounds like i am under water

Ordered AirPods Sunday, said would be delivered Tuesday and they were picked up Monday @1:52pm but still not delivered Wednesday. Called customer service and was told nothing they could do, I had to wait 3 more days. I live across town but in the same town as the store. Had them delivered because I work full time. Saw other reviews that Shipt didn’t deliver stuff so not sure why BestBuy is using them and asking customers to wait over a week for something to be delivered within the same town. Ridiculous customer service

Bought open box and they were still connected to previous owner and because I was outside of the 15 day return policy (they were a gift) I could not return. I have another pair of airpods, which are great, but these are not and Best Buy sucks. I will not be doing business with them again.

People have a difficult time hearing me when I use these.

Looka fake or something strange with them, I purchased them in November 25, but it has apple care activated from April 25. Serial number on device not matching with box

I ordered this item as a gift for my wife. Upon arrival, the box was empty. I talked to Best Buy several times and upon their “investigation” no replacement or refund was issued. Terrible customer service. I will be conducting business elsewhere.

I've had nothing but issues since purchasing these AirPods. Best Buy continues to sell items that are used, refurbished, broken, etc. but passing it off as "new." I don't believe these AirPods were new or the actual Apple brand. Disappointed.

When I’m in the middle of listening to something and a commercial comes on at disconnect them I have this with every set of AirPods I have purchased except for one I’m gonna have to buy a different brand besides Apple and get rid of the Apple phone as well and go with a smart phone because they’re not doing their job
