Sounds crackles, wasn’t aware that you had 14 days to return it if you aren’t a special Best Buy member, even though I have a CC with them. Now have to go through the manufacturer, and I know that’s going to be an absolute pain!

I purchased a pair AirPods Pro 2 with a case & extended warranty, received a package from fedex, when I opened the box only the AirPod case no AirPods I’ve been fighting since till now for a replacement or a refund & haven’t got either all, they requested a sheriff department report did that as well & gave them the report # & now they actually refused to a refund or replace it.

They were never recieved nor replaced...sorry but when the shipping company drops the ball it should be investigated!

Item does not hold Charge long enough only 3 hrs, and sound not good

Not comfortable, sounds quality is pretty good. I guess the return policy says 14 days so now I’m stuck with these that I’m not going to wear.

After 2 months, would stop charging either the left or right airpod intermittently. Apple claimed water damage, though these had never had contact with water. I do use them while running, however. I received a replacement pair, via AppleCare+ for $29. Replacement pair was delivered and wouldn't connect. Error message showed that the airpods pro were mismatched. Talked to support, had another set sent out. That pair has the same issue. Have been on the phone with them another 3 hours. Still not resolved.

Product looks fake, Shows apple care activated from April 25, I purchased it in November 25, serial number on device not matching with box

if i could give a 0/10 i would. the employees were shocked when i brought them in to return. even they said they were fake.

Reviewing after one month use : all of sudden there is a glitch sound. This has nothing to do with the best buy i guess it’s a manufacturing defect. Does anyone has the same issue or just me?

Hit the extended warranty. Best Buy wouldn’t honor it. Last pair I’ll ever buy, own or recommend

I am going to return this purchase. The Apple air Pods do not keep a charge. Even when I charge them overnight and put them in to travel to work they next morning they don't stay charged. I only use them when I am driving because of this issue. I misplaced my original Apple air pods they worked wonderfully and kept a charge for a week or longer. Don't really like the case I purchased either doesn't fit like previous one did. Returning it too.

I got exactly the wrong condition item instead of what I ordered, never order open box items in best but. Even customer support will not help you and you have to rome around the stores for returning it for which you have shipped it to your home, really bad and frustrating experience.

At first, the product was working great, but suddenly, the microphone failed. I'm not exactly sure what the issue is, but it's causing a lot of trouble.

I developed a skin reaction on my ears canals due to silicone earplugs. I don’t recommend them for people that are sensitive to silicone material. I opened a case to Apple and they didn’t resolved.

Not much of a difference from the pro I bought them used and could not use them on my I cloud they were locked

I’ve owned these for about 7 months now, and they are still alive. They have definitely been beat on, being in dusty shops and other environments that have killed my old recons and other headphones. Sound is awesome, fit is nice, they connect with most computer and phones easily, and they are a little pricy but worth it if you get the warranty! The thing that I’m most suprised with is their durability. I went diving in a lake down to 30 feet for 20 minutes and then above 30 feet for another 30. I got out and stripped out of my wet suit when I realized I still had them in my pocket. I was worried they were broken so I put them in my ear and they turned on. The audio sounded like the ocean, but they still worked. I threw them in some rice when I got home for 3 days and pulled them out and they so far work perfect! They are not supposed to be that water proof but they still work and function just fine. This is proof enough to me that Apple makes good quality stuff, even if it’s a little pricy!

I bought it in March 2024 and now (Oct 2024), after just 6 months, the right earphone is making a whistling sound. Online Best Buy customer service told me you need to go our store in person, while I bought it online!!! This is a poor and unpleasant online support experience. Bad goods plus bad customer service!

I was so excited to get these for myself when they were on sale. But from being shipped out to when the fedex driver handed me the box someone stole them. And I’ve been back and forth with Best Buy about my refund and they stated they gave it to me but they have not applied it yet. And it seems lately anything for fedex it’s been stolen or “lost”.

I’m giving these no stars because I purchased them and the right AirPod won’t connect to any of my devices. I have googled how to fix it and tried every possible option and still no connection. Frustrating.
