These things won’t stay in my ears no matter what size earpiece I use, have tried everything except aftermarket way loops etc.which you shouldn’t nave to do with one of the most expensive highest rated ear buds.I’d have returned them but hadn’t worn them out of the house ‘till recently.Yhese are definitely a don’t buy for me.

The item has become unserviceable in few days . Now I'm struggling to get it replaced. Hope that Apple accommodates my request..

After two weeks I went running with my AirPods, one of them has vibration each step, went also to Best Buy and the say there is no warranty with them, went to apple place in Bethesda Row and they say the AirPod is good, I wasn’t agree they sent the AirPods to the warehouse, after 4 days the AirPods came home when I put on me again… the problem still the same, all was with my apple care coverage… and was the same than nothing… not worth spending the price for that

Still have not received it! The date is 12/5/25. What can I say? Please send them! Can’t review what we don’t have.

The air pods work great but in all my customer service experience was horrible as customer service would say one thing and in store employees would say the opposite of what customer service would when i got the wrong iteam in the mail good product bad service and i still had to pay an additional 8 dollars for the difference in sales tax as i bought them online in Georgia and had to exchange them in Tennessee when they had me back and forth 3 days in a row without an apology for thier screw up

They tried to deliver these after hours and when no one was there they returned them to Best Buy without notifying me. Took me a month to finally get them to deliver the items to my customer.

I had a terrible experience trying to purchase these AirPods. I was lead on, and on, and on - being told that I would receive them - I never got them. I was on a trip and my AirPods went bad - I called to see if BestBuy could ship to a hotel - "YES" I was told, I would have them in under 24hrs. I was in the hotel for 4 days - I kept calling - told I could get them. Ridiculous - I never got them - I could have ordered them from another business, Which I did from Apple when I got home.

Ended up returning. Purchased for use with zoom meetings and calls constantly got staticky. Ended up purchasing Beats and much happier.

Boxing looked like someone opened it and threw it.

We were sent an empty box. So there's nothing I can review. Then after being on the phone with the rep and asking him if he'd like to receive a picture of my empty box he said no. Then Best Buy contacted me and asked for the empty box. We ended up purchasing the item from Target.

Right one not working out of box. Tried on 3 different phones, still not working. Trying to get an exchange at store.

They keep disconnect and connect from my phone. It doesn’t hear my voice when I say hey Siri change my music.

Returned Airpods. They would not completely charge.

Awful!! This is my 2nd order of these and same problem with both! Right bud is distorted and cuts out. L bud cuts in/out, distorts, just won’t work after maximum charging time

They don’t always hook up to the phone. Intermittently cut out and today I was getting static in the left ear.

The airpods will not charge only after two weeks. They were an open box and now I am having trouble getting them replaced. We purchase EVERYTHING from Best Buy and now i am very disappointed.

The charger is different than all other chargers, which is really annoying when you travel and have to carry another charger. They also don’t stay in your ears good

Bought these and never used them. Took them back but I missed the return deadline. I took the original receipt there as well. They told me if I wanted my money back I would need to spend $50.00 for me to get my money.

I paid for something that I didnt received, apparently the delivery driver left the pakage at the front and someone stole, I told what happen and they didnt want me to replaced the item or give me a refund. Even when my complex have a specific area with cameras to leave all the pakages for everyone but they put it on the front door where everyone walks and anybody could take it. I’m very dissapointed with best buy, I lost money and have no solution.

SERVICE ZERO I had called to ask how I can make my monthly payment when I bought the AirPods, but I was not informed. So I called again and was told that my call would be transferred further, and I was not informed on the phone.
