Huge regret

When connected to my Mac they constantly disconnect. Heaven forbid I take a call on my iPhone then I struggle to get them connected back to my Mac even when I don’t choose the AirPods to answer the call.

Refurbished Apple Air pods

I’m a Total Rewards member so scheduled for delivery. I waited at home all day on delivery date but AirPods were never delivered. I received a text that I cancelled my order which I did not do. I paid for this with my rewards which I still have not received back. I would give0 stars if possible. Worst service ever and ruined giving this for Christmas!!!!!

I don't know why or where they're coming from, but it's definitely a mix of a terrible and a good experience. When everything is working well, it's all good, but then it starts making strange sounds.
