Products are way to expensive for the quality they are designed to die just after the warranty!

I accidentally bought refurbished online so I returned three pairs that were supposed to be brand new but one pair was clearly scratched and used as my boyfriend tried to set up on his phone they clearly are showing as already paired by another email and user so I will be returning them this week.

Right side only lasted 6 months, very poor quality or maybe I just got a bad one

Not working after 3 months , initially it worked fine but after some days right pod stopped working It might be defective one which I received. Don’t buy in Best Buy.

They work good but have a hard time hearing from them

Best Buy delivery left my package outside of my apartment building on a busy downtown street and I never recieved it. They have refused to refund/re-deliver the package despite the many hours I've spent with their customer support team.

Took 3 weeks to receive and only worked 1 week won’t refund

Have used it for less than 30 days and the left ear bud don't work. And it just started acting immediately the window of return just ended. You can only imagine how mad, Im right now, after spending all that momey.

Its been three weeks all my packages have been delivered wrong adresses the ones i recovered were fine but the ones I havent hey dont care to help me get my money back just yanking me around. I cant stand a reviewer so this is just a friendly respectful wah to say not everybody is stealing scamming and lying somw of us love Jesus so please send me my refund for my headphones.

Fake airpods. Do not buy, shame on Best Buy for using this reseller

The sound goes in and out. Some times when I’m on a call the person im talking to can’t hear me. And at times it sounds like I’m talking to a robot.

Unreliable garbage AirPods. The 1st generation AirPods Pros lasted me nearly 3 years with no problems. I brought the AirPods pros 2 not too long ago and I'm already having problems with them. They always randomly disconnect while in use. These are a complete joke of a product. Now I can’t even connect to the airpods anymore. Completely trash

No noise cancellation Not really worthy , I already have one but I got this coz it has noise cancellation , it’s not working as advertised or expected

uncomfortable and sound was not good. Could be because it is uncomfortable for my daughter's ear.
