It was returned because the cargo arrived very late and at a time when our office was closed. I am very unhappy that I lost my discount and I still have not received a refund.

Pro for pro ears

I tried different tips and I guess these are just not for me. I’m sure they’re great but have not been able to use them for longer than 5 minutes without them falling out

best buy is horrible

They used up $60 worth of certificates, never delivered the products (aka auto cancelled) and now saying promotional certificates can't be reused.

No Longer a Customer

I have been a Best Buy member for years and typically make tech/electronic purchases from BB during the holidays. That will never happen again! 12 days after the purchase, the item is lost by OnTrac and I still have no refund.
