The sound is very low quality, I had to buy the fourth generation and give these away.

They keep disconnecting. Returned because I thought they were defective and traded for second pair. The second pair started doing the same thing. In middle of a call they would just stop working.

I bought the airpods from best buy they have the same recurring issue that the airpods makes buzzing sound on and off. Even after disconnecting them and again connecting doesn't solve the issue. If there was a zero star option, I would’ve rated it.

They gave me a damaged box, had to return it didn’t even want to check the product

Typical apple p1$$ p00r performance. bad battery life, connectivity and serviceability. replaced a totally decent phone due to connectivity issues only to have the same issues. Lame Crook and cookie bootie to blame.

Rating this for the service! You went back and charged my card for your error! I am not pleased that you charged my card without my consent because you forgot to add taxes. Product great but not the shopping experience.

I haven’t received my order . Tried to call the customer service first they said me that I gonna get my refund back and then now they are saying that I have to go the law enforcement etc. Playing with my time and all how come is it satisfying

they fall out of my ear quite a bit and the sound is not very good. It goes up and down and starts to pick up. Sounds from other areas of my house.

I bought some airpop at bestbuy and I only received the empty box. The airpop was stolen at bestbuy. I complained to bestbuy and they did not refund my money or the airpop. I will not buy anything from bestbuy again. They're thieves…

This product was never delivered and Best Buy claims that it’s not their responsibility. I have filed a police report but that doesn’t get my money back. Don’t order delivery from Best Buy!

After six months of use left earbud stopped charging. Had to replace with Apple. After a year the right earbud also gave out. Contacted Apple for repairs and was told I be better just buying a new pair. Poor quality for the price.

I was sold a broken knock iff pair in an AirPod box! Had to have written documents from the Apple Store for Best Buy to give me a replacement genuine Apple Air Pods!!!

The quality of apple products is declining badly, one of the earbuds stopped working after 3 weeks of purchase and its not even retunable at BestBuy since it crossed 2 weeks return period. Really disappointed

Tried to use it for hearing aid didn't work as well as hoped

Starting giving weird sounds when receiving calls and I have to disconnect the airpods and reconnect them again for this issue to disappear

Horrible just avoid Best Buy all together I’ve returned my item way prior to Christmas and they still haven’t issued my a refund
