Apple Airpods Pro 2 Always fall out, Bad design, Bad Apple Support, This is not a Best Buy issue.

I love the earbuds but BB Prescott just had to stick the return sticker that's as big as the box right on the product cover, kinda ruined my experience

this item purchased with Best buy but item was not received. money is not refunded and charged $52.99 unnecessarily. Now the product cost is increased to $237 from $189.99

Hurt my ears. Tried every size because one suggested answer was to use larger ones for less pain. Those fell out. Smaller sizes painful. Returned.

Ok, for the price for the hearing aid function these are awesome. Much better than the actual hearing aids I tried for about 10x the price. Sound is much better and, for mild-moderate hearing loss, these work really well in a lot of circumstances. The case has an internal battery that charges the Pods when they are stored. I find that greatly extends the usable batter life of the Pods. The sound cancelation feature is a big bonus. Speaking will temporarily turn on the hearing aid function and turn that off. After speaking is done, the noise cancelation will reactivate. I like that. Perfect, not quite. These are like ear plugs and have similar sound issues, such as chewing is loud. Having to go into settings to make any kind of adjustments is a pain. Also, there is no separate announcements and sounds volume setting for when wearing these vs when not wearing them. Again a pain to change. Overall, yes these are a keeper.

I bought these airpods over a month ago to replace my dying 2nd generations, and they are fantastic. The connectivity is fast, the noise-canceling incredible, and the battery life solid. I had an easy purchasing experience with BestBuy; and my only small issue with the product itself is that I think the smallest sized ear tips are still a little big for my ears - but they don’t often bother me!

There is connection issues it automatically disconnects when i am in the call so frustrating It hasn’t been a 20 days atleast when i try to return them and return was closed

They won’t stay in your ears if you are doing anything other than that they work very well

Very happy with these earbuds. Noise cancelling is good and I really like the fact you can actually carry on a conversation while you are wearing them. Fit is secure and comfortable. They connect automatically, much better than my non Apple earbuds that requiree me to consult the manual to use. I’m glad to get rid of my bulky over the ear headphones that took up too much space and were more awkward to use.

Worst place shop would not even recommend a dog to go there I have a credit with them and I burn it

I have the same disconnect and connection loop problem with this revision on highway and I bought this on February. I was lucky enough to return it on my last day.

Horrible customer service with Best Buys call center they don’t help at all and keep hanging up.

We keep having to return them the case won’t stay charged
