I love them! If you are hard of hearing (as I am) you can customize the audio with your hearing test results, this way it gets really personalized. In no way the AirPods can substitute specialized hearing aids, but they do give you an awesome hearing experience.

Bought another pair of AirPods, I have the older generation. My nephew was using mine a lot. He needed a pair of his own :) very happy with the product. I just wish the battery life was a little longer. Overall content!

Best Buy made it so easy to trade in my old AirPods and be mailed a new pair right away! They didn't try to tell me my items weren't valuable like apple does, and they were very respectful. The shipping was very fast with many updates!

Huge fan of the AirPods Pro 2. Purchased to replace a pair of AirPods that started to fail and I have no complaints. Some initial glitches connecting to my Windows 11 pc - but resolved with some simple trouble shooting. Expensive, but quality.

Surprisingly, I don’t love the sound of these, especially as compared to my AirPod Max or Sony sets. That said, the integration with Apples software ecosystem is excellent, as always, and the hearing aid and hearing test are great. I was initially going to return them, but I’m finding them useful as an additional set for me/us.
