I bought them as a gift so to be sure I opened the box and everything was fine/worked fine. It connected easily as well as to my apple watch and was brand new. I'm assuming the people who did not receive their things got stolen due to the holidays being around the corner. I tested them and they're real! I got same day delivery btw.

Essential for active lifestyle

I have had several pairs of them as I’ve lost some and had one pair stolen. I use them every day. They’re extremely convenient for use on the go and the USB-C charger makes it possible to charge almost anywhere. Great sound quality and bass for such a small driver! ANC is by far my favorites feature. I find myself using it even without any audio playing. AirPods also make a great gift!

This is the only Apple product I personally use. I have tried many other types of ear buds and nothing compares to these. I use them daily at work for Teams calls and other things. They are reliable and the battery life is awesome.
