I recently purchased an Apple AirPods 2 (Open Box: Excellent Condition) from a BestBuy store, expecting a complete product as advertised. To my disappointment, the medium-size ear tip set, which is the default attachment, was missing from the box. The label “excellent condition” strongly implies that all original accessories should be included. However, that was not the case. When I brought this to the attention of the store staff and contacted customer care, I was met with excuses and no resolution. They were unable to replace the item with another open box unit in excellent condition, which left me feeling frustrated and unsupported. Eventually, I had to purchase the missing tips separately from the Apple Gallery, which added unnecessary cost and inconvenience. This experience raises serious concerns about BestBuy’s quality control and advertising practices. If essential parts are missing, how can the product be honestly sold as “excellent condition”? This feels like false advertising and a breach of customer trust. To be clear, this review is not about the Apple product itself—I’m happy with the AirPods 2. But I want to caution fellow customers: Please carefully inspect open box items before purchasing, as the description may be misleading. I sincerely hope BestBuy takes this feedback seriously and improves its inspection and labeling standards for open box products. Customers deserve transparency, reliability, and respect.

I actually must say these AirPods are the best I’ve had. The noise cancellation works too well so I keep it off. You can’t hear anything when it’s on. Other than that, the process of getting my AirPods curbside was seamless. Good customer service and positive energy.

The best service and excellent treatment from the store staff, I went to buy some airpods and it was great, then they had a factory defect and they changed them without any problem a few days later and I got my new airpods again, 5⭐️

I had a little of doubt about this second generation iPods pro because I have the 1 generation but omg there is big improvements in sound,noise cancellation and sound. Definitely a must if you want something light and with really good sound.

I bought this AirPod Pro2 for personal use. It has excellent sound. The base sounds great when listening to music, and the noise cancellation is great. I love it and have recommended this to family and friends.

Good for taking calls, music sounds superp, mids are clear and bass is thumpy. Noise cancellation sounds boxy and enclosed in a tight space. Not sure if spacial audio is worth it, but the effect of sound source sounds amazon while on a call in facetime

Nice that you have the nosie cancellation, you can change the settings to teduce the volume when speaking, the volume feature and other fwatures available. Definitely worth the price of the headphones. Do remember to get apple care since they added apme new features for the airpods

The noise canceling feature makes the price worth it! I love that they connect automatically to my iPhone. They’re not comfy to sleep in especially if you’re a side sleeper.
