Very happy that I purchased these, the noice cancelling in the best feature. Unfortunately the customer service isn’t good, the last 2 times I’ve been in, no one ever asked if I needed help and they were high dollar purchases.

Save money and buy these

Was hesitant to spend the money but you definitely get what you pay for. I wasted money on several cheeper pairs of ear buds which sound terrible compared to these.

Bye old Airpods

I always knew I did not like the silicone rubber thing on my ears, but I ended up giving Airpods Pro a chance. Turns out I love the Airpods Pro even more than my old Airpods, and the features they have are just *chefs kiss*.
