It was such a letdown. Within a year and half the noise canceling feature stopped working properly and started making a hissing sound. Worst part is never stayed in my ears. It would slip out with any big movement (really). That defeats the whole purpose of having this stupid headphones. So why I would pay boat load of money for this piece of garbage? Apple AirPod Pro Gen 2 seemed to address all these issues.

A really good upgrade

Attendant had almost all the answers, could have offered basic set up instructions. I had to come back for a demo, none was offered at time of purchase. The print on apple instruction booklet were ridiculously small.
