It is very hard for me to find earbuds that are comfortable. Airpod pros are the only ones that have worked and been comfortable to wear all day. Purchased new ones because I wore the old ones out lol. Will continue to purchase and recommend

The best thing is the hearing aid feature. It gives total control of the sound around you. It helps your hearing or stops loud noise depending on what you need.

Had a pair of the first-generation AirPods Pro, which were my first set of ANC headphones. Briefly tried Status Audio’s Between 3ANC earbuds, which had fantastic sound quality. Ended up going with these instead because of the ease of use and the fact that I have an iPhone & MacBook.

The App suggested using the larger ear tips to improve sound. They tend to loose contact and turn Noise cancelling on and off at time as if they dont recognize they’re are in my ears

The noise cancellation and audio quality is amazing only gripe I'd have is the price but places regularly have them discounted and there are refurbished options so can't be too angry.

The sound quality is excellent. The AirPods deliver a clear and balanced sound, with a good bass and treble. They also have a built-in microphone that picks up my voice well and reduces the background noise. I can use them to make calls, use Siri, or control the music with a simple tap.

I love the product, and all the features! The conversation awareness works great as well as the adaptive sound. I use these in the office to listen to music and still be able to have conversations with my coworkers. And I use these at the gym with noise cancellation to block out all other sounds.

Airpods was good for my gym and it holds howmuch ever exercise i did.

the best and easiest purchase. i love bestbuy. but it and in 30 minutes-1 hours itms ready to pick up. noise cwncellation works so good

I love them I can only point one issue and that is that I can only get the best experience only with my iPhone I hate that thing but the buds are great I'm kinda sad that the best thing are lock to apple devices only but I still strongly recommend them

First off, if I was judging simply as earphones, for me they would be a 4 to 4.5. Sound is strong and crisp but they just don’t fit well for me. I have to use add on in hear hooks to keep them from falling out. But I got these as a supplemental option to wearing my hearing aids and as much as Apple pushes these for that, for me they are not that strong of a good option. The settings are a weak point and it is difficult to find a combination that does not end up constantly chirping due to a feedback loop. To eliminate the chirp you have to turn off most of the audio settings. Even then the application is somewhat lacking because there is not a way to highlight high, mids, or lows to adjust for your particular frequency deficit. Also, the six hour battery is not a six hour battery when used as a hearing aid. If you need constant aids, you will need two pairs so you can alternate while charging.

Hard to find a better product Apple has made past 5 or so years. If you have an iPhone, these are practically a must have. Cannot imagine not having them for phone calls, music, working out, etc. Even more surprising is how easy they fit. Just buy them already.

I absolutely love these airpods, but more so the customer service I received when I purchased them from Best Buy!

Just upgraded to the Pros, my daughter says the sound quality is really great and the fit is better than the 3rd generation.

Bought them for Christmas for my kids. They love them. They work too well as far as noise canceling. Extremely easy to set up. They literally opened them near their iPhones and that was it! The sound is great. They love the spatial audio feature as well. These replaced old Air Pods.
