When it arrived, the box was stained and torn, clearly not what I would expect from an “excellent” rating. This feels misleading and falls short of the standard I expect from Best Buy. Based on this experience, I would be very cautious about ordering open-box items online, as the condition may not accurately reflect what you receive.

Airpod pros were the right choice

The sound quality is great. The conversation aware feature is awesome as it automatically lowers the volume when talking. The MagSafe and usb-c charging gives the needed flexibility to use me Apple Watch charger.

Great headphones for on-the-go use

The downsides- essentially disposable once the batteries die. Less than ideal use per charge (6 hours max with ideal being a full cross country flight with comfort).

Appe AirPods 2nd Gen (USB C)

Now that they finally support USB C, it is a no brainer and a must buy. Sound quality is above average (let's be honest, wireless "bud" headphones can only be so good) and the noise cancellation is top notch.
