I liked the customer service.

It was first called Airpods Pro (2nd generation) and then AirPods Pro 2, and certain places had price differences between the two products. I think it's turned out that a software update made the difference between the Airpods Pro (2nd generation) and AirPods Pro 2. Very confusing - I think Apple accidentally hurt their own sales with the naming debacle.

Had that not happened I would still be using them. The button at the bottom of the earpiece is harder to click than the previous gen and noise cancellation doesn't seem as good but everything else is great!
