Buyer beware!! I purchased these AirPod Pro 2s for my daughter for the holidays. I didn’t realize that Best Buy used third-party vendors. After placing my order, I thought the shipping time was super long and when I looked into it a little bit, I noticed they were sold & shipped from nexgen tech. They took about three weeks to ship because they were shipped from overseas. My daughter started having issues with them pretty immediately, when she would call sometimes we just heard static, and then the left one just stopped working. We made an appointment with the Apple Store to have them looked at by a technician. Right away, he knew something was off. He was rubbing the AirPods on top of his iPad and he said that authentic AirPods are magnetized and would stick a little bit to the iPad, he also pointed out the texture and color difference of the charging case. Lastly, he showed us a list of fraudulent serial numbers and that the serial number on the AirPods we received matched the serial number on the fraud list. We went to Best Buy to let them know what we found out, but the manager that helped us, did not believe that they were fake. He connected them to his phone and showed us that they connected and that’s the only thing he did to try to convince us that they were authentic. He showed no remorse and was unapologetic, only defensive. He looked up my account and told me that I was already refunded. I checked my source of payment to confirm I got a refund which I did, and I checked my spam mail and I had received an email from Best Buy stating that they could not verify the authenticity of the product and they refunded my money about a few days prior. I do appreciate that Best Buy took the initiative to make it right, but it was still very embarrassing finding out at the Apple Store with my daughter that I unknowingly bought her a fake AirPods.

My granddaughter loves the Apple - AirPods Pro (2nd generation) and she uses them all the time. Now my husband wants me to get him a pair!

Excellent product. But don't turn on the adaptive sound level, as it can make it impossible to hear your podcast while breathing or talking to yourself.
