Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Was good at first then started sounding robotic and static when switching from YouTube to phone calls, I returned them few times then I went to apple thinking maybe it’s my phone they checked both phone and AirPods from best buy and past inspection. it’s weird , but apple said try buying it again on Best Buy I didn’t want to give up because of the Best Buy sale so I returned it again it’s my last time I will return them I buyed it on my boyfriends account don’t know if it will make a difference for me but let’s hope I don’t have to return these for the last time

I was very disappointed in how my purchase was treated during the packing and shipping process. It was placed inside a box about the size of a shoe box and had no packing material in it whatsoever. So the airpods box just rolled around and ping ponged all over the inside of the box. Theres no excuse for that. I wouldve appreicated more care and professionalism from Best Buy on this. Hopefully there’s nothing wrong with them functionally but like i said its a christmas gift so we will have to wait and see.
