This is definitely a notch better than the first generation. This is how the first-generation AirPods pro should have sounded. There is room for improvement in the sound quality arena.

They work great but sometimes don’t connect or get static having to put them back in the case and pull them back out. Other than that they work great for personal and work meetings

Use them as hearing aid and it works. Need a phone have IOS 18.1 or later to make it works.

The box arrived and the security stickers Apple puts on their boxes were all broken. I ordered a new peoduct, not refurbished and not “open box”. I checked many sources online to vaidatr authenticity and was unable to verify i had received authentic Apple airpd pros. I called support and informed them of the issue and they said they would ship replacements immediately upon receipt of the questioned products. I ship them back, 4 days later receive an email that my “case has been resolved and ‘Since no refund or replacement is required, we have closed your case.’” I did not receive a replacment shipped or get my money back and Best Buy had my return for 3 business days. I called support again to ask about my replacement and i was then informed replacements could not be sent and they were required to issue my refund at that very moment and that if i wanted i would have to place a new order to receive. I waa transferred to sales dept and they would not honor the sale price i originally got them for and that they COULDNT honor that price. They have had my money for 15 days and i still have no product or confirmation of my refund. Been a best buy member for 11 years now and have been scammed with a bait and switch of an Apple product and a holiday sale and not 1 of 4 different support associates could or would help resolve my issue.
