    Great ear pods. Returned for Bose. Fits my ear better and have always used Bose otherwise great ear pods used by all the rest of my family

    sounds is excellent - but the app is pretty sketvhy and the fit to my ears is aweful and they fall out all the time - needs multiple tips of various sizes and SHOULD COME WITH A LEASH - u loos one or drop and step on it - your our of luck.

    The pair I received was defective. One side clearly has no bass. Kudos to Best Buy for the smooth return process though.

    After buying airpods pro 2, pairing to iphone and ipad, fully charged and took the hearing test. After all said and done. You’d figure purchasing these would lower the volumn level on tv using the hearing aid mode. It did not. I’m very very Disappointed

    There are little kinks with the technology, beeps with the transparancy mode, they will also not connect to find my iphone no matter what i try
