I bought it for my husband, he love it Highly recommend

They work well but when they are on call the microphone fails a lot and it is not a matter of the mobile signal.

Love my AirPods. I work with metal a lot and they work well for blocking out sound. The only problem is battery life. Need a a little more.

Not many upgrades to speak of. Battery life lacking just like the previous generation. Quick Bluetooth connection, plays fairly seamlessly whether they’re used one at a time or both in ears. People I call say I sound like I’m at the bottom of a well. Occasionally doesn’t connect calls correctly. Occasionally sounds robotic when people are talking to me. You can get similar buds for $50. I probably overpaid.

I purchased. This item was never delivered to me, but was marked as delivered by Ontrac. I filed a claim with Ontrac a few days later. They never responded. I followed up a week later. They told me I could only follow up with Best Buy. After trying to figure out how to navigate the website and follow the options or how to get my claim filed, I gave up. I went to a Best Buy store another week or so later. The store employee told me I could only file a claim through the website team and gave me a number. I called the number today, about 29 days after the item was *not* delivered and several hours invested in resolution, and was told that a claim must be filed within 15 days or there is no recourse. I asked for reconsideration. My phone call was dropped as I was supposed to be transfered to a manager. I called again and spoke with someone else. After explaining, I was offered a replacement or refund. Not sure I can ever order from bestbuy.com again after this experience. Best Buy should not make it difficult for a consumer to resolve an issue when its shipping partners drop the ball.

Not reviewing anymore took away the point system make people pay for a membership to barely get any points or benefits we use to get for free plus you stoped selling movies so I’m going to start spending my money somewhere else crutchfield has excellent point system and exchange/return policy plus awesome customer service and free lifetime tech support for anything you buy plus free shipping!

Works great with iphones and connects easily and has great functions only issues is its hard to keep them from falling out of my ears

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the order BBY01-807039590842 placed on March 9, 2025. I ordered a set of Apple AirPods Pro 2nd Generation, along with an AppleCare+ plan and a Best Buy essentials™ - Silicone Case for Apple AirPods Pro 1st and 2nd Generations - Black. Upon receiving the package on March 15, 2025, I was shocked to find that only the silicone case was inside the box. The Apple AirPods Pro2 and any documentation or activation information for the AppleCare+ plan were completely missing. This is now the third time I have contacted Best Buy support regarding this incomplete order. My previous attempts to resolve this issue through the support chat have been unsuccessful. I have yet to receive the core components of my purchase – the AirPods and the AppleCare+ that I was charged for. Receiving only a small accessory while the main, significantly more expensive items are missing is unacceptable. The lack of resolution after multiple attempts to contact customer support is incredibly frustrating and has eroded my trust in Best Buy's order fulfillment process. I am still awaiting the delivery of the Apple AirPods Pro2 and the AppleCare+ plan that I paid for. If these items cannot be shipped promptly, I expect a full refund for the missing AirPods and the associated AppleCare+ plan. I hope that by leaving this review, my issue will finally be addressed. I would strongly advise other customers to carefully check their orders upon arrival to avoid similar frustrating experiences.

These are okay, if you have alot of use for the features it comes with it could be an even more worthwhile purchase

not good for working out, cleaning up, running errands, etc., i love the noise cancellation though

Very difficult to understand setup process for hearing aid proposes for reason I bought them

They work pretty good only problem I have is their range my Samsung buds had a way longer range than these for less money

The airpods don't pick up sound well and is choppy at times. Not very consistent unfortunately :( maybe it's just my pair though.

I am unhappy with these. I owned a pair of AirPod Pro ones for about three years, and they were wonderful. I take much better care of these AirPods yet they do not perform nearly as well as the first pair that I owned. They constantly disconnect from my phone, adjust the volume of the music without me doing anything, and fail to connect to my phone almost every time. It’s not user error, I used to sell this technology and understand it quite well. I wish I would get a refund so that I could buy something better.

I owned them previously, I just didn’t take good care of the 1st pair that I had, but I plan on taking better care of the new (current) ones.

Overall good quality but they are not designed to fit in all ears. I cannot get them to stay in no matter which size tip I use

Found better prices elsewhere for the same open box gen 2 AirPods.
